Attorney Li is skilled at handling complex immigration issues. She has represented multinational corporations and local startups in hiring, retaining and obtaining employment authorization for foreign nationals. Attorney Li is licensed to practice law in California and New York. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from George Washington Law School, and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School. Jinglei cui — expert Counsel

Attorney Cui is a trial attorney focusing on immigration law, family law, and criminal defense, dedicated to protecting her clients’ rights in and out of court. Ms. Sun has a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature from Peking University in China and a master’s degree in computer science from San Jose State University in the United States. She worked as a software engineer at Cisco for many years. Since 2009 she has been active in the education field, providing speech and behavioral intervention and family counseling for special-needs children.

 Ms. Gan graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, majoring in advanced English translation. She received her master’s degree in business management at Sun Yat-sen University in China. She has worked in education in Peru and Mexico. She has been a director of Guangdong TV Station and a director of foreign affairs at Sun Yat-sen University.
